Air Ride Low Down

Hi peeps, I'm thinking of going to air ride however I'm not to clued up on it, can some one give me the low down and simplify the differences there are, basic kits seem to have manual valves and better spec are electric whats the difference??

I'm not looking for a mega fast drop or raise, i just want to be able to adjust the ride hieght at the press of a switch from with in the car

would this basic kit from k-sport be good enough for what I'm after
