golf GT TDI PD150 - £1500 - SOLD

Featured Replies

i recently bought this off a friend to fix up and sell onbut had bad luck so it has to go

silver 5 door Golf GT TDI PD150 on a 52 with 118k, no history just last years mot (now expired) it had just had a cambelt, water pump and full service along with a pair of new wishbones, around 50 miles after this the camshaft did the usual and wore a lobe down. so am giving up and cutting my losses.

the bodywork;

bit shabby, few dings here and there, damage to the corner of the front bumper, drivers door lock damaged (delock cap included) 2nd hand rear glass been fitted to tailgate so has excess of bond. on the plus side has boot spoiler, 4mo valance and rear valance colour coded and a set of santa monicas in OK condition.

the interior;

not bad condition, clean sports seats, worn gear gator and tempremental glove box handle. the passenger front window mech seems to have dropped the clip as the motor can still be heard working (can source a replacement at cost) the car has two keys but neither unlock the car with the remote (will try and code them if i get a chance)

the engine;

pd 150, 118k recent cambelt water pump and service just before camshaft died. still starts and drives but wouldn't advise it is driven far. new cam kit can be had from AW Engineering for £250

sold as spares or repairs given the above, any inspection welcome. i also have hpi report on my phone confirming no recorded damage etc etc.
