theres some bad hair cuts on there

theres some bad hair cuts on there

Why the hate?

It's a bunch of friends who built some sick cars, started there own "label", got copied and now get slated?

I think more an observation than hate. He isn't wrong but then each to their own.

The VW scene is a fickle and sometimes gay one. There are specific boxes to tick before you can enter the inner ring of ultra scene, VW mechaphile. It would be better if everyone just enjoyed what they did and appreciated what others were doing. Unfortunately this is the real world, where looking down on others for not conforming to a trend is commonplace.

I remember I had to wear a shit coat to school as that's what my mum had bought me. I got ripped by all the kids in their named brands as i was different and had a cheap coat. It hurt. Look at me now though. I'm 25, obese and just about staying off the sex offenders register. Who's laughing now scene fags?!?

You kids never learn do you

Why if you hate us, do you then run a sticker advertising us. I can't get my head around it.

Btw, it is under copy-write. Hence the guy removing it from his sticker site.

he's 28, not everyone on here is a kid, just because polo's are decent first cars doesn't mean this is a kids site

i agree, why copy a "scene" sticker whilst trying to be "anti-scene" which just means your adding a "scene" sticker to your car making it more "scene"

and slacker was it you that me and my mate, in his gt, spotted behind us on friday?

nah my mistake then it was that mk2 breadvan that is red and black with a chrome front bumper, i've remembered its someone else now hahahaha

Angyl I believe the dudes name is and yeah stickers are gay! Regardless of whether you are a bellend in a super secret treehouse club for undriveable cars or something trying to fit in. You know what? I reckon angyl is a perfect role model he has big plans that are different to anyone elses and no stickers apart from a CP one and he is a sound guy. None of this stroppy scene kid stuff.

Scene kids make me laugh.

Each to there own ddo, technically being Anti-Scene is becoming "Scene"

Since we're having a bit of a scene discussion I'll stick my oar in. I have been reading pvw for a few month now, like solidly and it sad to say that they are actually promoting 'scene' cars. I hate scenes, they're so gay. I used to listen to punk years ago, but as soon as it became scene it became less credible. The same goes for hardcore, emo (ugh I hate that word but it conveys an idea to people) and any other music that becomes popular. Scene is just another word for trend. And I hate trends, it breeds a lack of individuality. But back to pvw and their bumming of car clubs such a ed crew and f6-bent. They are generally a few mates who make nice cars. Wicked. Very rarely are they anything truly ground breaking. I genuinely believe there are some better, more ingenious cars on here (youngP, mikeymks work, grunge and if I'm honest, my current ride) that have been built by real people from the ground up, doing all work themselves, and pioneering a lot of it. The 'scene', IMO consists of people with fat cheque books who pay for parts and labour, at least the scene as portrayed by pvw. But maybe I have it wrong. Polo drivers don't tend to be part of a scene, hence not trendy (well, mk1-3 owners  ) which is attractive to me.

This has little to do with the op and certainly is not a dig at anyone club at all

It's just a bit of fun. F6squared, Dailys and other 'groups' similar are just a collection of friends having a laugh.

If they asked somebOdy to take the sticker off their car because the car represents nothing to do with what the club is about then that's completely fair. None of you on here would approve of a 106 driver running a clubpolo sticker. What's to say they wouldn't drive around like an idiot and give clubpolo a bad name because of it? I saw the Facebook comments to the guy who had the sticker on his polo 6n they werent that bad and just a bit of Facebook banter.

People are quick to slate but have the majority really met any of the Dailys members or similar groups? I doubt it. I've never met them and have never seen them do anything to cause me to slate them. I doubt they care what the majority think. They're having fun and that's what it's all about.

I'm sure PVW would happily feature a non f6 car from here if there was anything clean enough or fitting for the magazines preferences. AlexG40 had his featured in golf+ and he belongs to no group it would seem.

Relax :)

loooooooool

What you doing lurking on here you faggot?

No no, i get what your saying. I'm sure the clubs are cool, but they are presented as being fairley elitist in the mags, as if your no-one if your not in a crew.

Golf+ is better for showing less scene cars, shame the writing is shoddy! I'm just not a fan of how a 'scene' is promoted. Maybe it's my natural anti-scene mentality (see above post)

I haven't read a PVW or Golf+ in years so i will take your words for it. I'd never pay that much money for a magazine even though I have the spare income for it. It's ludicrous.
