hi all need some help got some standard 13" steel wheels and dont know how to do them they have been sprayed white as you can see in the picture but i dont like them like that !!!! any ideas or pictures please thanks a lot

to be fair, they look alright in white... just save up £25 a week and in a month you'll have enough for some alloys.

If going for looks lower your car before you mess about with the tiny steels. Fancy wheels with monster truck arches don't look so hot.
