Door problem?

Ftted a new stereo and speakers into the front doors in my polo 6n but the drivers door has a rattles at 50hz mostly when bass is on? will i need to rubber line the speaker or will there be something loose?

Also when closing the drivers door it doesnt sound like its fully close, it has a judder like on the passenger door if its not closed properly?

Finally when drivers side window is half way down and i close the door you can hear the window rattle? what will i need to tighten up?
