cheers, n I've purchased some front spacers 15mm so the tyres sit level with the arches at the front and poke at the back and with strethc tyres the rims all round will defo poke, n thts as low as i can go as the wheels touch the arches when turning

Very bit update since I last posted on here, Well first of all jan/feb i put my wheels back on and applied my own show plate and mk3 golf front splitter

Then I went to dubfreeze

Then some so called mate decided to try and drive my car from work late at night and went shooting into the lampost Ba*a***s!!! especially the tuesday before Ultimate Dubs 2012

so the next day we started work whilst she went and got the money for it to be repaired

2 hours later

thought id better make my self feel better and do the engine bay abit stianless manifold and colour coded engine covers

Then after fitted a new front splitter and new front fogs

Abit of angry bird love lol and fitted my 6n2 steering wheel and ps2 :p

Then I got the wheels redone and decided to lower more get a chrome front grille badge and get the car sorted as i love it to bits Also got asked to go show n shine as I was on Derby Vags clubstand at GTi spring festival 2012 at Santapod which was great and got some attention :p

So what do people think has made a massive turn around from last year i started on oct 2011 which was show season ending at santapod and now look

Not really keen on the numberplate surrounds but in the last couple of pics you haven't got them so assuming you got rid of them! Glad you got everything sorted out with the crash and the engine bay looks awesome and so does the car this is becoming one of my fave polos!

cheers peeps its a ibiza splitter, and the number plate surround got smashed up at the front n i never liked em they were just hiding scratches, plans for next month before gti international is stainless pipe straight trhough, get the tailgate and rear bumper sorted, few mechanical bits and were onto a winner, will never be show n shine lol due to only being at college n part time job, but will get there

cant remember the year of the splitter, fogs were off ebay.de germany, and there already fitted into the grille surrounds but mine still need wiring up :p

The year of the Ibiza splitter would be 2000-2002 I used to have it sadly

just a little update, polished the rims more so there gleming and had the wings, rear bumper, tailgate and front bumper (smoothed) sprayed and collected today with a full detail looks mint cheap as chips aswell wt do u reckon?

more updates to come and if anyone interested will swap my splitter for a gti one?

well for saying that, over the weekend I've gone from 20mm, to 8mm, to 5mm thread to no thread at all on the coilovers on the front just need to get bigger spacers as it looks like it has arch gap when it doesnt anymore and the pass side is higher than the drivers side which is weird when both sides have no thread? HELP pics from each stage

Update, went to dubmania this weekend, had a right laugh who cares about rain :p

spent from 8:10 to 4pm cleaning the car top to bottom on the friday before the convoy,

Cleaned the engine bay, steam washed

hinges all cleaned and new floor mats

wheels polished and sealed with chemical guys wheel sealant

washed with dodo juice shampoo, then polished twice once by hand then used with a machine polisher, then waxed

Then sat came the big convoy, all taped up save from stonechips :p

On the derby vags clubstand

with my mates mint S3

On the show n shine with my buddies :p
