I was looking at buying this, very glad i didnt now!!

as much as I love having my ex car bitched apon I thought it would be great for everyone to know that he didn't even pop the bonnet and check the engine bay so befor people take this guys opinion please think about who you listen to as iv had this car for 9 months and the only problem iv had wa a battery die on me.

To be the fair i contacted you ^^ about your car and you were very straight with me about all the bodywork niggles and so on. If he test drove/looked at the car and gave you the money and drove away and it wasn't right..... more fool the buyer.

Release bearing could go at any point. Clutch could be biting high becuase of an old cable (£7 and ten min job to fix) as this was the case on a mk3 my brother bought and the cable fixed it straight off.

either way preaching about not being told about it, and then selling a car and doing exactly the same as what you preached about is madness.

True and thanks for letting me and everyone else know on here that the clutch is low and the gearbox has a diff/bearing rumble....nothing mentioned in the for sale advert!

Did you not notice any of this on the test drive?the release bearing should of been clear as day without even driving the car. If you didn't bother inspecting it don't bitch at the seller when it turns out there's some thing not quite right with it that would of been picked up in seconds if you had of given it a quick inspection.
