Well I literal only want the back half behind the doors so whats the shell worth as scrap and half it ? My brother recently weighed in a mr2 and got £150 so as the polo is smaller and lighter and I only want the back half so how about £50

I'll be happy with the bare shell without rubber and glass and shit because its going to be cut and welded anyways to build a trailer to match with my car so along as I've got a base to start with I'm happy

Hi Gaz, is the battery tray area solid? If so, I'd like the whole battery tray area and a fair old chunk of metal around it too please! Mine has a hole behind the servo, and the battery tray has a hole where the stud for the clamp is (was!).

Pretty sure it's buggered. My brother took the battery out yesterday and managed to snap the stud for the clamp while doing so. I'll have a gander at the rest of it. It really is quite astonishing how badly this car has aged. Must have lived by the sea. Took the rad off and the support panel for it was rotten!

I have the airbox but I currently need it. Need to check if I have a spare (which I may well do!) Do you just need the bottom bit or do you want the lid as well?

The 1.0 and 1.3 airboxes are the same aren't they? On the mk3 they are at least. For reference, it's a 1.0

Depends on the postage. Someone asked me about posting to N.I. and it was going to be about £15. I'd guess we're looking at about £25 posted.

4 speed gearbox on this? How much would you want if its available?

I'm after the retaining clip that holds the speedo cable to the bulkhead. The cable has a thread on it which 'bolts' through the bulkhead - the nut and retainer part on mine are broken!
