Need new brake cylinder, PRV?

Changed the shoes today, I thought the brakes had worn but an adjuster spring had just fallen off, I figured as I was there I may as well change the shoes.

When I got to the passenger side I found the cylinder to be leaking quite badly and when I pulled at the dust cover to get a better look the whole ram flew out.

Anyhoo, now I gotta replace it but I have found 2 types for my car (mk 2) FRV and non-FRV. How do I know if I have it? And what the hell is it?
