Optimum wheel offset on a Polo?

Hi, don't know a lot about wheels, just entering the dub scene lol,

What offsets would be suitable for a polo and what offsets would it be necessary to have spacers for to clear coilovers etc...

What do you have on your Polos? Just give me a bit of advice :)
