9N3 steering problem when changing gear

I have recently been driving my sons 05 9N3 & noticed that the car pulls to the right when I change from 2nd to 3rd gear & also slightly when I change from 3rd to 4th.

He has had loads of problems with this car after owning it for a year - new clutch, suspension arms & bushes, new tyres wearing really quickly on inside.

Any help greatly appreciated.
