1.4 8v SE with 1.4 16v AFH conversion

I am selling a 1997 P reg Polo, the engine has covered around 90k miles and the gearbox has covered 155000. The car is registered on the log book as a 1.4 8v SE but has the 1.4 16v AFH conversion and a full stainless steel scorpion exhaust system. The car is running and drives fine, no MOT and no tax because I was going to use it for the engine conversion into my polo. The SE edition comes with standard Black seats which are all in good condition except the passengers has a small tear on the gearstick side, the black dashboard and door cars, although these have been cut to house some speakers which the car had in it, I am looking for around £600 for the whole car with the full body kit, which does need some attention and the 5 spoke 15" alloys with legal tyres all round.

Good bits:

-1.4 16v AFH engine running at around 100bhp

-Full stainless steel scorpion exhaust system

-service history from 79000, when the engine conversion was done

Bad bits:

-Bodykit needs some attention especially on the side skirts as they have started to crack, should be a cheap fix

-small rust hole under rear passenger side light, again a cheap fix if you would just fill/ weld a new piece of metal in

-dents in wing on passenger side from the previous owner lifting the car to jack it up

-very small rust patches around the rear arches, typical of this age Polo

-Gearbox has done 155000 miles, although it doesn't grind in any of the gears
