I was gonna take pictures as I made it but forgot to busy just cracking on and getting it done haha. All I did was cut the flange of a standard 16v manifold then cut the flange of the turbo manifold mated them together and welded them together. Then coz the ports didnt match exactly I used a drill file and filed the flange/manifold ports to match when I take it all of to clean up ill take pics of the ports and stuff. Well happy though 4 hours of cutting and welding and it fits perfect.

That Is so sick!! Its nice to see something that's a bit different to a 1.8t or something like that! What's the predictions for power if you've got any idea? Not sure if this is going to sound stupid but is it a standard gearbox too?

Hoping for around the 200 mark. Nope gearbox is standard. I have a spare in the garage though haha

Would a polo 6n2 gti box be wise? Or better yet convert to hydo clutch and put a lupo gti 6 speed on? Gutted it's going turbo and not supercharged the noise would be ace!!!
