you have any idea what that flashing handbrake light means ?

I've got it on my 20vt conversion and i think its due to taking the ABS off..

is there an abs plug? is or open circuit or closed? if so open it or close it and see what happens, if it goes off all is well ;)

I've taken everything related to the abs off

wiring

pump

sensors

everything

 LOL! You adjusted the handbrake? brake fluid sensor been smoooved/tucked too or you left that?

yeah I've set that up

that sensor has been left

its just proper annoying as it'll fail the MOT like it is, but it starts and stops exactly as it should !

I looked it up and it says it flashes when the break fluid level is low when it came on the level was below min topped it up and it just never went off. So dunno mine stops just fine and has no problems with the brakes hasn't lost any fluid since I filled it up

Nope just before I took it of the road last year the abs light came on and never had a look at it it doesn't really bother me not having it. But wish I could get rid of the flashing light as does my head in!

gonna have to get rid of it at some point  its an MOT fail as it is

unless... :ninja:

Take the clocks apart and and take the bulb out = MOT Pass :)

Youll have to desolder it.

Or put tape over it :)

When you upping the boost?

Take the bulb out or cover it and it still a fail as the light has to be seen on pre ignition when all the dash lights come on then they must all go out that need to go out

Well after 600 miles and a few blasts down Santa pod 30 min from home it had all been to much for the old turbo and it completely fried itself. Insides flopping around like a fish in a bucket! So today had no other option but to get cracking with my new bigger and better turbo setup! breaking the 200bhp barrier here I come!

And a quick pic

15.7 was pretty disappointed really! But hey the turbo was fucked smoking really bad! Oh well onwards and upwards! I'm hoping to be near the 250bhp figure when finished. What times you getting? I was wanting to see yours run

Ooo that looks lovely!!.

Yeah new setup looks sweet! You should heat wrap your oil filter relocation pipes man!

I ran a 15.7 then kinda gave up, wasn't happy with how I launched it, think if I got a sweet run with less wind id have got a 15.5, but you've got nearly 200kg on me!

People don't realise how hard such a small amount of time is to find on the strip!

When's it going to be returbo'd and mapped then?

Just waiting on heat wrap coming then exhaust and oil pipes getting done! Just waiting on a few new parts to come to finish the setup. Then ordering a Evo 5 alloy radiator on Monday so as soon as all that arrives get it all together by next weekend then mapping the week after! Then I'll be hoping I can see mid 13s would be nice!

Mid 13's would be an epic achievement in a 6n mate, no matter how much power, you'd be amazed how hard findin time over that 1/4 mile is!
