'95 polo 6n short circuit...

Featured Replies

Alreet,

basically, a while back a fuse blew in my car (fuse 21) which controlls my central locking, trip clock, time clock and interior light...

Every time i went to put a fuse in it blew straight away..

but when i put a higher fuse in my left parking light stuck on and the door buzzer went mental!

but i dealt with it

recently my rear heated window stopped working, so when i looked into it, blown a fuse.. Changed it and it keeps blowing whenever i put a new one in...

then today my indicator fuse blew, and keeps blowing when i put one in.. so I've no indicators :(

Which surely means there is a short circuit.

How do i go about checking the whereabouts of the short??

and I'm no good at auto electrics so i cant risk doing the job myself.. How much is it roughly for an auto electrician to fix it?

Cheers in advance for any help guys
