yes it does... just about to upload some photos, you can have the whole smooth boot (needs paint) and glass etc for £30....

Do you have the fan speed resistor and piece of trim that covers the inside of the drivers side mirror mount (triangular shaped piece of plastic). Do you also have the vacuum pipe to the advance unit on the distributor?
