9N Engine problems.. need advice please?

I'm clueless as to this problem, i got a sneaky feeling it might be the Cam belt/chain as i don't think its had one changed yet. These are the problems:

Most times when i start the engine it will sound really clicky/grindy until i put my clutch pedal down.

Engine is very vibrant when idle some times, when I'm stopped in traffic now and then itl just get REALLY shaky till i rev it.

Steering is really shaky when accelerating from 60+ MPH but if i let go of the wheel it doesn't veer off left or right just shakes.

I guess it could be due to the increased sensitivity with new coily's & the shaking could be lack of air getting in due to my induction kit (might be faulty) just want to rule all expensive possibilities out really!

All advice really welcome please :(
