Right, this is the advert for my 1990 Mini Racingflag/Checkmate Special Edition. I've owned this car for the last 6 years, it'b been looked after & well treated but is now sat on my drive taking up space and not being used, so, I fear, it may be time to let go.

Anyway, Like I said I've owned it for 6 years and in that time I've carried out resto/repair work to keep it running/looking well.

So, heres what I've done:

New SU Carb (£200 2 months ago!!)

New front & A panels.

New bumpers

Sport Pack Arches

13x7" Superlights with Continental rubber

New driver & passenger floor welded in

New battery tray (known weak point!!)

New Dash + Clocks

New front & rear wiring loom

Electronic ignition

Re-con heater

Full new interior. (old seat frames, new foam & material)

New Carpet (3pc for ease of removal)

New trimmed headlining

Just had new driveshafts & CV joints.

Mileage reads 55K but is not accurate.

Car has MOT on it and is declared SORN .

Now, this car is not perfect but is in good, solid usable condition. Would be ideal as a first car or for someone to take to the next level as all the basics are there.

There is some surface rust coming through on the front panel, drivers arch and on the boot, but is all cosmetic & NOT structural.
