Not sure if I've posted this in the right section but I'm looking for advice on replacing a side window on a P reg polo.

Someone has kindly shot a bb gun through my passenger rear window and autoglass have quoted £373 to fit a new one!! :shock:

I've sourced a replacement from a scrapyard for £15 but apparently its a bugger to get out in one piece as it is bonded into the car, was wondering if anyone had replaced a window or had any tips on how to get it out of the donor car safely and into mine without breaking it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
