Has anyone ever fitted these to a polo 6N2?

My headlights are all scuffed and a few small cracks.

So was thinking about a pair of these.

Was going to use the spare buttons next to the heated seat dial

to operate heating/folding.

Anything anyone knows would be greatly appreciated!?
