form over function i think is the answer mate  or rough and ready. both sound better than rough as fuck but it'll be reet :p

Loool aslong as it works better than my bodged up standard mani its all good! Might be able to fit the trumpets on too if I'm lucky!

Would you believe it.... its almost like you knew what you where doing

Haha asif! Lmao

before you spend loads on chemical metal ...how about clean it all up nice and tack them in place , then see if someone that can weld nice would do it for some beers

I'm would be definatly up for this! ha

i didnt read that bit i didnt get page two uploaded? anyway, pure argon, doesnt burn as hot as an argasheild gas. i would of used that next time. therefore the finish isnt as great.

  • Author

Yes, everything is done, its mig welded with a standard welding gas bottle, 86% argon i think. Its on the car now working fine. Just my carbs are playing up

  • Author

Nah its the same symptoms as with the old mani :(

Fuck throttle bodies! Loool.

Nah the carb on cyl 1 half the time fires super rich and the rest of the time dont fire at all. (colourtune ftw) like its getting blocked or something. Other ones r fine :s

super super rich  will cause the cylinder not to spark as its flooding.

Money saved on manifold wending can go on petrol then

Yeah its just dumping fuel out of the exhaust lol. I tset all the mixture screws the same and the other 3 are pretty much bang on, just this one! Ill have a go at readjusting tonight :)

Cant wait for the rev limiter to turn up so i can have it hopefully popping flames lol :)

Has that screw got all its parts?

Had the same issue with mine and the washer and o-ring were missing + the pin on the needle wasnt straight.

  • Author

Ah really? Thats deffo something ill check out then. Ill unscrew it tonight hopefully and have a look

  • Author

Dno man i think most spark cut limiters do it to some extent. Ill find out shortly! Haha

  • Author

Awesomeee! Ill just wack the limiter up and see what it can do! Haha!
