My wipers suddenly stopped half way, put it into garage, they thought relay, NOT! Then after 3 days traced the electrical fault, got a bill for over £200!! No quote of nothing, do you always have to chase them up and ask before hand what it will roughly cost or should they tell me?? There was an excuse they did not have the computer to trace the fault...
