Are try and get to more shows next year with it, Now she is on the road

Very nice mate, love the colour. Where did you get the front panel from? I've been trying to get one for ages

Lovely, I have a new front and rear panel too for mine! Inspirational pictures there. Keep up the hard work.

The bay looks mint.. going to spray the front the same colour the as the rest of the car ? Wish my grandad has a little gem like this hidden away :)

Absolutely fucking lovely! 8-)8-)

You can't beat having something like this which has been in your family for generations 8-)

I managed to get the front panel from a guy on mk1polo.com after 3 years on hunting!

I am going to match the front end in the new year, she is on coilovers now sits nice and low

Next thing is wheels before paint, get her sitting and running right first!

when i got her!

Then managed to get this after the 3 and a half hour drive

Thats what the bay looked like before a tidy up!

  • 2 weeks later...

Hello mate thanks, the mk3 is drop 80 mm with 165,55 tyres its pretty slammed

  • 4 months later...

What coilovers are you running on the mk1? I've just brought a 1977 Miami blue and want to get it that low :)

Looks awesome mate, It would be a shame to ever sell it if its been in the family that long!
