yeah true the walking through glass 'trick or 'illusion' which ever you want to call it could be easily done by anyone tbh. Most of his stuff though is pretty awesome and would take years of training.

just because YOU cant do something, it doesnt mean someone else can possess some form of skill to do it themself, its like derren brown or whatever his name is, just how things are asked/performed he obtains the information and knows the result from knowing how your mind puts 2 & 2 together etc.

It doesn't take 10% of the brain to work out that this is simply entertainment.

You watch it, talk about it, you spread it's ability to get people's attention and that makes it a financially valuable business - he makes a living, so do all else involved in it reaching the screen, you get entertained, job done.

I don't know whether or not to believe this is magic (I tell myself I don't) but how else could you do this? Blows my mind to be honest!

They would have to be some big ass glass boxes, as much as that is the obvious way to do a trick like that the logistics of it (especially in a busy water way like the themes) would be massive, even more so if you had to set it all up without the general public seeing it being set up. It would only take one tourist with a camera to fuck the whole thing up

That's a really easy trick to do with a plastic bottle, no idea how they do it with a glass bottle tho as the plastic bottle way just wouldn't work with a glass bottle

I stayed in a hotel in Lincoln for Christmas and had a guy (can't remember his name) who was doing the entertainment one night a quiz a few tricks etc. After he had finished we got talking to him and he ended sitting with us for the rest of the night. Anyway he started showing us a load of photos on his iPad of all sorts of famous people mainly magicians who he had worked with. He told us he was the thinking behind a lot of Dynamos illusions as well as people like Darren Brown and we tried so hard to get some answers. He said to do the walking on water illusion they had a 12 minute window to do it and the police in the boat were real but were set up. He also said that the part of the Thames he was in was close to parliament and would have probably been shot for being in the water as its a restricted zone. I think he is just walking on the mud river bed at the right time that the water is deep enough to look like its deeper than it actually is. If you watch the video he actually jumps across into the boat instead of being pulled in so that could be the edge of the mud bank. He was very reluctant to tell us and only showed us certain pictures as some others would have given the game away for various illusions.
