Booking is the best way to go as you get the discounted rate!

Most people I've spoken to about have booked and are either coming down Friday afternoon or Saturday morning in time for the start of the RR (which I'm just sorting out now).

As for numbers its not something that we have readily to hand as all the booking is done though billing.

Personally I haven't been posting of late as I've been spending all my free time trying to get the polo back on the road! :)

I'll post up the initial plans in the next week or so

Currently we should have the RR on the Saturday perhaps followed buy a free/ish Club Polo BBQ. We are trying to get some background music going on for the evening but we have to get that cleared with Billing.

Also for Saturday we are looking to perhaps getting some inflatable goals or something like that and have a footy match or something and there is the site facilities like the crazy golf, karting and the fun fair as well as the Pub and the swimming pool.

Sunday we will have the Show and Shine and we'll get a radio set up for those who want to follow the F1 on that weekend as it will be on 5Live. I'm not sure we will get a TV there to actually watch it.

If you guys have any idea if you would like to take something on please let us know!

it's all club polo camping... basically we book a field (Puddleduck) and that were you go to and camp up have a wonder and look at some cars.. Normally its a very nice chilled out gathering of Polo people!! :)
