My car's not on the road right now, I was planning to have it ready by Thursday but I've got too many things to sort to have it ready in time so I've pushed back getting it on the road for another month. :-(

the engine still needs setting up properly, also a few tweaks! on the strip i had full camping gear and a dirty big sub and amp but I'm quite chuffed really as its more of a shower not a goer lol, any comment welcome......

yeah 17.9's not bad in a loaded car! My best time with a 1.4 GT and 8P box was 17.2 but that was with no back seats or spare wheel.

17.6 in my carbd nz with shit in the boot. Not bad! should deffo be quicker tho espesh with a 268!

Cheers guys, yeh was quite impressed with it for a lil 1.3! Do the videos work? I can't seem to upload them from facebook, I'm not really a whiz with computers lol! If I were to drag it again there are quite a few factors I'd change, suspension on the rear needs to be stiffer, I'd run 13s on the front, take all the crap out of it and get it set up on a rolling road which it deffo needs! Also I think I need some kind of baffle for the exhaust coz wen I had it made he used 3inch and a single box and seems to have lost a lot of back pressure! It sounds well tho. But as it stands its a fun car and I'm not far from where I want to be with it, I could easy just buy a better faster car for cheap but polo love goes a long way and I'm sure many of u will agree! Happy poloing :)

shame about the old tweady interior, what did you do with it ? i have a g40 interior and its nice, but older ones like the one you aint using are alot nicer.

To be honest i love the tweed lol, i have a pair of g40 fronts and a spare loon rear bench I'm thinking of a full retrim next year just need to decide what materials

On the road now mate! :D not got the g60s on though, but when sprong comes along... 8-)

I'd be tempted to go for an oem looking dennis the menace interior for it, its the right age and colour :)
