Finally i got my referbed steels on, They look fresh if I don't say my self.

Also, the declaring wheels thing, do you actually have to do that? Pepperpots are technically steels anyway so do they class as alloys?

Cheers man, There my dust caps (soft drink bottle caps) Got fanta and Dr pepper on the Off side then the Near side i have got fanta beach and diet coke :p ahahha I've sprayed them VW Deep black from halfords and clear coated/dodo jucie waxed them. Silver spray on the bolts aswel.

But cheers man, had a problem with my parents were saying alloys will make my insurance in a accident univude so sorted them out quick time for Tuesday. Haven't herd that before mate, thought they were alloys and always have, There lighter than my steels :(.

I wouldn't be able to atm as I'm on a provisional not allowing any mods at all. So :(

Sprayed whilst they are off the car but I think I will wait till I can get a good stance on the car then I'll wip them off and get them sprayed. This is because if they don't sit right I will sell them and get some 16"'s. if they were to be sprayed it makes it harder to sell and a waist if they don't work :(

too pink imo but thats up to you, your taste in wheels is quite good. I'm swaying towards painting my standard wheels black and doing my roof black aswell. your car is nice and would sit well on pepperpots but like i say your opinion is yours, mine is mine.

I reckon with coilies and pots you'll be looking at 15 - 20mm spacers but watch your bearing as they will have extra load on them mate

i think 40 is way too much. i reckon 30 would suit far better

The bloke I brought the pots off was running 20mm all round on a black 9n 5 door and for me they didn't stick out far enough for me, so going to get coilies, then wheels on, Measure them up for spacers then get them painted. But so far after a quick mess around with a tape measure it is around the 30-35 (on rear) mark at standard height till the tyre will hit the arch liner... Then my pots have a bit of stretch, Gonna go from there..

Orange or Red?

i wouldnt bother with orange or red, id go a black tint to go with the car!

My lights are all red as you can see, All black would look daft on a black car imo, I am currently waiting my spare set of lights so i can do these 1's ^^ properly with a clear coat due to them fading and there only a month old.

Only posted it cus my dad refused to let me or him drive it as there are modified The whole cars been f*cked with because I am the owner :p
