i bashed in my inner arch with a club hammer yesterday didnt do much but i dont know what I'm hitting into

this, i cut all my mine out the front, and relocated the rear hangers. i think o'days done his aswell (codzilla)

So cut out the original fixing and use something like a self tapper elsewhere?

I butchered everything out of mine. I angle ground most of the inner lip out and scraped all the huge amound of factory seam sealer out. and yes on both mine and my mate Joe's we removed the original mounting point for the bumper and just redrilled a new one about 5" further down if this makes sense?

Angle griding the inner lip is not advisable as using an arch roller is a million times neater. you live and learn... photo's of mine and joes (joe ((RED 6n)) proceeded to pull his arches blooming tonnes to get his D90's to fit as we planned, looks sketchy atm as they need fillering and blowing back in.) we don't have any interest in trying to build 'show cars' aha-
