I have been looking at a few cam options for the Polo and I'm wondering, what's going to work best?

Options I have seen are 260 , 268 , 270 and combinations on the three (such as 260/268 etc).

Just wondering what's going to give a reasonable bit more poke without it being either right at the top of the rev range or giving the car an awful idle.

It's to go onto a 1.6 8v AKL so I have a variable length intake manifold as well if that makes any difference.
