Hi there, I've been given my dads old 1.6 astra as I've missed driving so much since selling my polo and starting uni

I don't want to get a full 12 month insurance policy as Ill be throwing money away having the car at uni as ill have to buy a residents parking permit and in Lincoln everything is no more than a 20 minute walk away!

Does anyone know of any polices where I can insure myself for say a month or two at a time? I'm 20 btw
