Got insurance 2day on the polo, drove all day, my back is so sore, the exhaust rattle is so annoying, need new wipers, and need to raise it up and get my 15" g60's on and then tax it as the tax is up 2day :( then it will be nice to drive. I hope...

So I was out last night and the car was sticking a bit going into first, thought nothing off it and drove on, was leaving the carpark and got into 2nd gear and then the gear stick just flopped about everywere, the car was stuck In 2nd so had to drive up home in 2nd gear, got out ad checked underneath te car ad found te gear selector was snapped in two, the we bracket that bolts into the box had snapped and I found that only 1 bolt was holding it in place instead of 2. Bad times, so I need a selector mechanism for a 1.4 8v 1999 reg polo, it's a cable linkage not rod. If anyone is selling one let me know :)

its got the 13 steels on it now, got a set of 15 g60 steels to go on next week once i get back from holiday and get some tyres :) anyone reccomend what tyres for g60 steels?

got the parts finally from vw and got the car fixed last night,

got the g60's on and back on the road for now, going to buy a roof rack and bike carrier for my bmx this week at some point, also looking for fog lights for the 16v bumpers, how do they wire in? somebody pm with detail if youve fitted them to your car, cheers
