Got bored tonight and decided to sand/ primer/ spray up two of the wheels as a VERY quick mock up for colour.

So i know the paint isnt perfect, but it doesnt matter as its not staying like this.

VW stratos blue or a nice rich white...opinions, open to suggestions :)

In my opinions, you should defo have kept the polished dishes then sprayed the centres!

But out of the two prefer the stratos blue

yes mate, quite a bit of arch work is needed.

perfect fitment on a polo is 8j et15...so its poking like 15mm :)

the arch has been pulled/rolled quite a bit, still think it needs more personallyy.

i will see how they sit with tyres on

A bit more progress today with the help of spuey and mike, cheers!

Managed to start prepping the wheels for paint.. decided to do the best we can DIY.

when i can afford it ill send them to get done properly!

anyway, got my 15mm spacers from spuey today for the fronts and they fit perfect!

should get everything finished tomorrow with paint applied!

Tyres bought, wheels handed over for painting and a few other bits ordered and in the post. Haven't got a laptop at the moment as I sold it to mike! (hope you like it) so can't update with any pictures until I figure out how to from my phone.

I'm slowly building up my Gti part collection!! Shame I don't have the power to go with it wheels should be finished in 2weeks and ready for a show off at Krispy Kreme in prep for edition.

Going upto Woodbury tomorrow to hopefully pick up a subframe and wishbone, bidding on a dashboard as well which is mega cheap!! Anyway... Shit happening.
