lowdownvw meet this wednesday at meadowhall retail park 7.30pm onwards, avarage of 150 cars

Seriously? Is there that lil amount of cars turn up?? I might head down Derby way then.... need to do something when she's back! :)

about 12 cars this month and some of the people where abit annoying, your typical golf chavs "I've got a golf so I'm better than you"

is this meet worth going to ,or is it a waste of time.which is best local meet (i live between chest and mansfield) looking for a decnt regular meet to go to .pick my mk2 loon up next week and my matesgot mk3 rat.

Tbh dude its a good meet, think it was crap last month cos nobody really knew it had been moved to wednesday

Ill be there but not 100% sure if ill be in mine, its sat in the garage with no battery, starter motor, clutch cable and driveshafts disconnected and rad drained ready to drop out the box to change clutch, but my mates on his way to give me a hand :p

but if i can its a red 6n with a white roof, cant miss it :p

Sorry about the late reply dude, yeah this months been and gone, your not alone though i missed it too with the clutch going, but Augusts will be on the cards for me :)

sorry dude, wasnt able to get on at work yesterday, I'm afraid the forum is no longer available and there is a facbook group in its place "chesterfield dubs", add mee and youll see me posting in it, Jamie Irish.

Last night wasnt on due to a football match, just a friendly but it stopped us using the car park :/

i did actually pop down with my mate, in the car park was an old rat look camper who gave me a thumbs up as he left at about 8:15 and an old vauxhall chevette too, i then found out off facebook that they were at b&q 2 mins away and as we got there they were just leaving i'll join up to that group then!

9/10 times its the first tuesday at donkey derby, but unfortunatly sometimes due to the football we have to either cancel or arrange for a different place, but yes ill post up 2-3 days before the meet :)

So so so soooo sorry, but once again the flaming football (bunch of ponses fannying around on abit of grass) has made us move the date of this, will now be wednesday the 5th September at the donkey derby pub from 7:30pm onwards

already a fair few people attending on the facebook page so lets hope its a good turnout :)
