Piston Rings 6N

My 6n in burning oil, quite lot if i may add. the other day it kept missing on on cylinder so i replaced the HT Leads distributor, and distributor rotor. it went okay for a day but then the misfire

started happening again. So I took the spark plugs out and they were all dirty so i cleaned them, and it ran b-e-autifuly. But i realized that one of the spark plugs is covered in oil. now I think the spark plug being covered in oil and my constant loss of oil could be the piston rings.

Not wanting to spent 100's to have them replaced i was looking into this "holts piston seal"

could any one help, do you think it is the piston rings?

dose any one know if this piston seal works?
