Anyone Interested in Storage Space?

Hi Guys,

Basically me and a mate are looking for a decent size lockup and viewed one today to rent in West Wycombe (Bucks) and it is the perfect size that we want. There are 3 units on site (2 other units are occupied by a fabricator and wheel refurb) and then there is the one that we want to rent. The 3 units are in a small field which is fenced off all the way round with Steel gates etc so it is very secure. My Lockup, containers and the outside space is separately gated off from the other units as well so even more security.

It includes 6 x 20ft containers outside for storage (Which would be ours) The problem is that it is above our budget each month so we thought it might be a good idea to see if anyone would be interested in renting a container to store anything in?

There are 6 available but ideally we would like to keep one free for us so 5 are up for rent.

These containers can easily fit a car inside (With slight room each side) but lots of room front or back for another engine, bumpers, work tools etc. You can store anything in them (Within reason of course )

The layout of the Units/Containers (Detailed drawing by myself haha!):

You will have your own keys to your container (And we will keep a set just in-case, we are trustworthy, more than welcome to come meet us before!) but we will keep the keys to the gate so will need to arrange with us when you need to collect anything BUT we will be up there one day at the weekend and probably 2 nights a week (Minimum) anyway!

We are looking at £50 per month EACH container.

P.S. The lockup isnt even up for rent properly yet (So If i have 4 people who want in to rent the containers then I can go ahead behind anyone else gets in their first!)
