Stuck the car in my garage after work today and got busy

Well I say busy, only spent an hour on it as I was hungry

Mocked up one side of the pipe work

Hoping to finish it off on thursday, route all the pipe work and then polish and mount it all up properly

All plumbed in, just need to cut some parts of the bumper to get it back on which Il do tommrow. Was a right puzzle routing all the pipe work but it was worth it

Well the time has come for me to crack on with all the new plans I have for this :) The insurance is up on it so it seems a good time to start as Iv got another mode of transport I can take my time with it.

Dismantled parts of the engine before I take it out just waiting for my engine stand to arrive then I can start stripping it down fully for new cambelt, water pump etc and goodies like new cam, charger rebuild and all the usuall performance things

Made a start on my smooth front bumper. Keeping the recess lines in it as I think it really suits. Not sure if I should smooth off the fogs and toe cover? any suggestions?

Nice one buddy, I say loose the fog recess but keep tow cover just in case!

x 2, Deffo remove the rear one, If i was doing it tho, I'd just do a small hole for the size that tow hook as POLOMON said, But then i wouldn't even cover up the fogs, Just the lines, I'm debating it with mine! Haha

Cheers dude much appreciated. Basically just glued them on as I had the old plastic style door cards so went straight on. just need alot of patience to do it. haven't got them fitted anymore as I changed them for g40 ones

ah right thanks, just thought they looked good! oh couldn't have swapped them for anything better! i'm looking for g40 interior for mine!

Small Update time :)

Purchased a set of polybushes for the tca, arb, and rear beam because it helps with handling, it has nothing to do with the fact that they match my wheels

Test fitted my front bumper as Iv not done a great deal of work on it as it gets boring constantly rubbing down filler so tried to get some inspiration back

Tuesday evening I took off my ream beam to repaint it as I'm going to polybush it and fit braided hoses I might as well go the whole distance. Also spent quite abit of time cleaning my inner offside arch of all the 18 years of road dirt ready for a coat of stone chip in white which came out a million times better than what I thought it would. Cant wait to get it all back together to see what it all looks like

Found some inspiration to get abit done on Geoff these past two days. First off I stripped down the rear beam, drums, backing plates and the brackets that bolt the beam to the car. Fitted my polybushes on it and put it all back together.

Also while putting it back together I binned the camber shims in favour of proper washers as I think the plastic shims probably crush slightly once everythings tightened up.

Iv started to go at the offside front wing, first rolling the arch then I removed it so I could stone chip the chassis leg. While the wing is off I'm going to weld up the indicator hole and give it a much needed respray.

Gave it it's first coat then ran out of stone chip so will have to wait till next thursday now

yeah bought another front bumper and cut a strip out to the side of the number plate and added it into the place where the number plate would be on the other bumper if that makes sense

haven't got much of an update as Iv only had this afternoon to work on it as Iv been too busy :/

Finished off stonechipping the inner wing and I'm really pleased with how its come out

Also stripped down and painted my brakes but it was too dark to take a photo so thats all for now
