I know it need more lows but coilovers were killing it and me lol. I am going to look at setup again but will be springs and shocks, just got to find right combo for right price. got other stuff to spend on first like exhaust system.

Get a expensive coilover setup? it should ride fair well tbh no worse than cheap shocks and springs.

you pay for them and ill fit them , when time comes i was wanting to put decent shocks on as its daily so rather have the handling right, I've seen people with more expensive coilovers on, and mines lower than theres now, and there all the way down. I suppose its all research into ride, height and price with coilovers.

Well being a bit quite with car recently, fitted GTi steering wheel, dyed carpet, fitted GTi rear axle and front GTi calipers. got hpld of front and rear mudflaps and ordered new GTi splitter all of which are getting colour coded, also got a set of powerflex bushes for the lower front arms as I've knocked the standard ones to death. Also has spots now and chrome switch.

Well stuck it on rolling road today, its completely standard apart from panel filter, was chuffed with what it ran. also put Lamin-x on front fogs.

Its minging as needs a wash.

Thought this had disappeared, thought someone might of mentioned that it has moved.

no probs, only had to get new handbrake cables rear disks and pads, the front has the disks on you gave me lol. took my time was only 3 hours from start to finish, stops a bit better now too. :-D

What do you think of my winters

Me and Rich just been and picked up another engine and six speed box today, something to play with over winter, engine runs smoky so getting rebuilt. dont know whether to sell box now or mate it with my engine when it comes out in the spring and make a six speed conversion kit up. time will tell.

Just wondered what rocker cover that is ??
