Removing factory installed remote central locking/immobiliser from 6n

Hi all,

I have what I think to be a factory installed remote central locking and immobiliser on my 6n. Unfortunately I have now lost both key fobs! There seems to be an additional immobiliser, as I have to press a small black plastic thing with 3 metal prongs into a slot below the passenger airbag before I can start the car. This is kind of annoying..... does anybody know how I'd go about removing this? I will then fit an rclick remote central locking kit.
