Sorry to hear that! The front panels are quite easy to replace, i'm guessing the grills alright?

Is it the bracket thats broken on the fog? You can repair that, one of mine has been repaired at some point.

The best part is - he had a new panel when he painted it.

tbh, it wasnt on correctly anyway, was sat too high. was on the cards somewhere to be taken off and re-fitted as it bugged me no end.

Atleast this time ill know what I'm doing, shouldn't take 5 mins to remove old one and have new one tacked into position. Shame i wont have spot welder this time.

Hopefully a few small upgrades on the cards, will repair everything at once before poloshow.

New front panel, fog and plate surround etc.

New gearbox, baffled sump, windage tray, oil catch tank (after having breather off and cleaning shit out of it)

New sub because mines absolute shyt

Sack off T piece for oil pressure sensor and get one new sensor (as its still leaking oil from sensors)

New filter socks, mine fell to pieces so currently running none.

Probably be other things I've forgot, need an aux cable.

Also need to fix horn and reverse light as for some reason neither work.

Both were temperamental but stopped working completely now.

Where you getting a windage tray from?

Probably the same person whos baffled his sump, how hard is it to bend a piece of metal and make some holes in it :)

I don't even no what a baffled sump is

Not the sort of thing I normally do, I'd need one to copy!

It's basically like some plates vertically inside the sump, with some holes in them, to stop the oil sloshing side to side as much so you run lesser risk of starving the pickup

Windage tray is much more difficult than you would expect.

Looked at making my own, far from just a couple of bends.

One on German ebay looks shit so certainly looking at getting something custom made. I want to replicate the cup car one but its quite sophisticated for a single sheet of metal haha.

Won a oil catch tank for the grand total of £5.99 to my door today on eBay

there was a group but ages ago for windage trays - i sold mime for £5 at clubpolo RR day last year without ever fitting it. german ebay has them I'm sure,

you will lower your sump by 2/3mm - thats fake lows = your gay
