Not tinting the hellas now, i really wanted to but now i think it will ruin the front of the car.

I think the addition of tinted fogs will help tone it down abit mate. :-) Good luck with this

cant not have orange indies... they work so well mate, and go with the blue/orange theme.

Wiring is nearly complete on this now.

Just need to solder a few connections and tidy it all up.

Some of the original gt loom is fucked though, not a clue where my screen wash pump wires are lol, reverse switch has been cut out for some odd reason. IIRC horn was temperamental after fitting all the gt loom too.

Jamie came down to help with the loom, sorted me out with a fresh relay and loom for ignition and fuel pump. Lift pump is working cool, so facet will when it's connected

Something up with my brake light switch too, as when the battery is connected they are constantly on lol!!

Also, central locking has stopped working, well the remotes aren't doing anything. Dunno what's going on. Battery in both just not responding to it.

Jets are ordered for carbs, gone with 140's for now, see what the results from that are.

Soon as I get them, I can het the carbs cleaned up and fitted.

Will sort fuel hoses out asap as I now have all the correct size joiners.

Bought something super OEM too will add pics once fitted :p

the brake light switch, check that your brake pedal is returning fully. it should have a spring on it under the dash compartment. if it snaps they will stay on.

mine snapped and i got pulled over for having 'foglights' on and they thought i was a drunk driver

Sorted the brake light now, switch was just stuck on, messed with it a bit and its all fine now.

windscreen washers sorted

Soldered all connections in the bay, so oil pressure switches, reverse light etc etc all done, just need to make sure everything works when engine is running and i can hide it all, cover it all up.

Reverse light still isnt working though, possibly bulb gone or i may have just removed it for MOT as its red (LHD rear light) and forgot.

Jest arrived yesterday, didnt know until i got in later, was too late to mess with um.

Possibly do them before work tomorrow. Depends really, if i actually get up or if i decide to sort all fueling out 1st.

Might get an alarm for the car and bodge it to current CL system if i cant get it to work.

When you take the master cylider off the pedal drops and pushes it in, mine did the same :-) just a quick fiddle and out she pops :-)

So today i planned to do lots, but as always, plans never go to erm, plan...

However, i have managed to clean carbs, swap the jets and put them all back together ready to go on

So again, not a great deal of progress, but its something at-least :)
