I'm normally one to just let hate come in and take it on the chin mate. But when people are constantly slating it time and time again and telling me how i should do things on my own car it kinda pisses me off slightly. These "gods" act like they wrote the book on how to modify polo's and feel it's their responsibility to make sure all polo's are done the same way.

Hence why i say to anyone that hates my car, come slate it off to my face. Lupo meet, next sunday, northampton.

Dude imo you're bringing this on yourself. For a start you have "If your not hated, you ain't doing it right" in you're subline for your build. Personally as soon as I see someone spouting about "haters" I think they're 17, immature and attention seeking.

The internet has people who actively hunt out people to pray on for a laugh and get a reaction. That subline and lines like " anyone that hates my car, come slate it off to my face. Lupo meet, next sunday, northampton" are the sort of reaction they want and again imo you're being as "internet hardman" as they are with that sorta speak. Just get the mods to clear your thread up and dry up.

Might just be me, but I modify my car to my taste and use the forum and 'scene' to get to know the people in it, as the VW scene has the friendliest people within it.

Totally agree with that. I've met lots of friends through the dub scene and I modify my car how I want to. My only problem is people who feel they need to tell me how to modify my own car. That is my only issue
