Fantasia Green 1.4 16V Lupo

Featured Replies

Hiya, sad to say i need to sell my Lupo!

Bought it about a year ago when my polo died on me, and loved it since. Only selling as my mum is getting an Up!, so i'm having her old Lupo and selling this one.

1.4 16V - 75bhp

96,200miles, but will increase slightly as i'm still using it around town

Taxed till 31st August 2012

MOT till end of September, have a lot of service history with it. There's only a few months left on the MOT but when i put it through last year the only advisory was new breaks and i've only done about 2000 miles since as i've been at uni.

It has the interior from a dark green lupo, seats are dark green and dark grey; the dash, door cards and everything is dark grey too so it looks a lot nicer than the pale seats you normally get!

Never let me down once, had a new exhaust just before I bought it last year

Number plate ends in VWT which is always a bonus!

Comes with standard lupo VW alloys, all with good tyres on them

Car looks a lot brighter than in the pictures, my phone just isn't the best for taking pics! Better in person.

No rust, paintwork is really good! Not many stonechips on the front end considering the age of the car! No scratches or anything! Wouldn't take much to get this to show standard

VW mudflaps which retail at £110 if you buy them from VW!

Pop out rear windows

Will also come with an aftermarket cd player with USB and aux ports which i never got round to fitting. The wiring is also in place for sub, amp and extra speakers which were already there when I bought the car

Bad points

There's a dent in the drivers side door where somebody reversed into it before i bought it; the dent is more of a crease in the lower panel of the door and isn't really noticeable at a glance

The bonnet release handle has rounded off too so it needs pliers to open it but this seems to be quite common in the older cars!

There's also a drain on the battery which is in the process of being sorted - suspected faulty CCM which seems to be quite common so we're getting the part, now it's just a matter of finding it. Will let you know on the progress or you can take the car and do it yourself if it hasnt been fixed by then.

Car has been much loved in our little VW family of cars!
