Drive in croyden

You'll be angry for the rest of your life aha

It's alright round there, you just have to adapt system correctly.

Normal advanced driving system:

I nformation (giving and receiving)

P osition (on the the road and in lane)

S peed

G ear

A cceleration

Advanced system (with adaptation for Croydon)

W eapon (risk assessment - are any other drivers in the area likely to be carrying a firearm)

I nformation (giving and receiving)

G ear

A cceleration

I had some idiot in a artic sitting on my bumper once. I was coming back from a meet on the m6 in the dark when my car started to miss under load (turned out to be the hall sender failing), I decided to limp it home in the slow lane so as I came past the truck I indicated and pulled in leaving plenty of space between us. Nob head trucker accelerates up my arse till he's sitting on my rear bumper (literally couldn't see his windscreen through the rear window only his grill), all ten or so of his headlights and spotlights on full beam. He then pulled out and started over taking us so I eased off a little to let him by but when his cab just about comes past the car he starts pulling into my lane forcing me onto the hard shoulder and towards the barrier. Ha fuck that monkey, dropped it a gear and ringed that misfiring little 1.3 back in front of him, slammed the anchers on before speeding up to just above his speed restrictor with both me and my mate hanging out the window chucking some choice hand signals at him.

Until we left the m6 I didn't even need my headlights with his high beam lighting up the motor way around me

I was driving up towards elvington (York) on Wednesday for my Audi R8 driving experience day (it was epic!!) was on a dual carriage way and someone in a transit connect style can van had parked next to the crash barrier (which would be lane 3) Indicated to pull out into lane 2 from stationary so I moved to lane 1 to let him pull out and he carves across lane 2 and straight into lane 1 where I have to slam on and hope I lose enough speed to not fly into the back of him. That really pissed me off, but it's nothing a 5 second blast on the horn and flashing high beam couldn't sort.

sounds like the standard bunch of see you en tee's that you see on the road from time to time :x

i occasionally use the horn or shout a few choice words but last night was the first time i ever got real rage! I'm suprised I'm not locked up!

i had a car behind me on the bypass, mainbeam on, mustve been 4-5 foot off my bumper the whole way, when we where doing like 60-70 for about 8-9miles. i tried speeding up, slowing down and he wouldnt back off, i was flicking my fog on and off to try get them to turn off the mainbeam, came to lights at the end as they turned red and then its all kind of a blur, my mate told me i just flung open my door, went to the guys car, grabbed hold of him and started screaming how much of a idiot he was and if he didnt f-off i was going to kick shit out of him, got back in the car and sparked up a fag xD

... no doubt he didnt know what i was saying to him as he couldnt speak a single word of english apart from the sentence "no not my fault please"

actually scared myself a little tbh

I hate it when people cut me up, there was two lanes that merged into one on a road near Oxford, and this arrogant businessman had a big volvo 4x4. When I wouldn't give him room he wound down his window and persisted to shout 'MOVE YOUR SHIT LITTLE CAR YOU PRICK'

I continued to edge forward as it was my right of way, he then took his seatbelt off and started shouting through the open passenger window at me whilst I was laughing in his face whilst reciting what i could remember from the highway code. He then started throwing rubbish from his car at me/into my car, I then grabbed the closest thing to hand which happened to be a melting snickers. I unwrapped it then threw it at him, which landed perfectly on his face.

best story so far :p

hope you shouted, get some nuts, as you did it :p

.... went out with a friend last night in his mini, was doing Via Gellia (a5012) at a reasonable pace. golf comes up behind us and full beams us, tail gates and what not being a first class pillock then starts flashing us and what not to speed up. We were doing it at 60mph (for anyone that knows the road it can sometimes be a little too much).

He got the whole shabam first, brakes slightly to say "i know your there" moved over on the over taking parts to let him get past and that but he stuck there. He gave us the whole idiot sign and slamed on his brakes when he got in front!

Friend got road rage, floored this poor mini up arse of the golf and forgot to turn of his high beams when he past us. Got to the junction and stood up out his door and shouted "how the F**K does it feel mate" while flashing his beam. Golf flipped the fingers then flew off.

The mini has 4 spots on the front...... so i think our beam was a slightly more than his.

^If my plans for a new car come together anyone that does that to me and goes past will be fucked... Or blind. Very, very blind

60mph

I wouldnt fancy 60 on some of the striaghts on that road let alone the corners! :|

depends what mood I'm in when i get in the car or if my misses is on the blob that week tbf lol ..

All i can say is polo's make you look alot smaller that you actually are. With out trying to sound big headed, I've had a few people push me to giving them a few words then trying to indimidate me etc, once when a TT cut me off when he was in wrong lane with some posing ponce on the way to work, usaully beep and had to back off to allow him in .. he had the cheek to throw the idiot sign at me :/ . Pulled up along side him and said your the idiot pal !!He went to take his belt off and just started to get out of car . Before he even had chance to get out the car i was walking pacing over ( didnt want him to boot me car tbf ) and he got back in a span off ..

Fucking fanny .. Just thinking about it now makes my blood boil lol ..

9/10 I just clap or annoy tailtaggers lol .

Only from the properly sdumb fuckers on the road who should not be allowed to walk on the pavement!

when i'm driving at work i don't usually have a problem because i'm only allowed to do 40mph so i just take it easy. :-D

Wife was running me around today and i was in fits, just seemed like every motorist was a complete retard, sunday drivers have nothing on this lot. She was having to be so patient she just seemed to be in disbelief half the time, i was actually crying with laughter at one point.

I had a doozy today, sorry it's long.

Had my first PROPER run in with the-usual-car-brand-driver today (I'm sure you can guess the manufacturer yourself). So I enter a 40mph road just as this guy catches up to me and we both catch up on a tractor immediately in the 40mph road. There was some traffic heading our way about 100 yards ahead, after they pass I start to speed up to overtake the tractor, he speeds up too and considers going past me before I go past the tractor (I fucking hate that) so at this point he is up my arse. We pass the tractor and he continues to tailgate me for the wrest of the 40mph road, about 500 yards. During this 500 yards I held my hand up to my mirror, make a small gap between my thumb and index finger and give him a 'what the fuck is this?' look.

A little further along the way we are back up to 60mph and approaching a straight piece of road. On the corner leading up to this straight he starts to speed up so he is on my arse again, we come around the corner and there is two cars heading towards us but he continues to tailgate me so naturally I slow down (if someone wants to set a gap behind me I will set a speed that is safe for that gap). The cars coming our way pass, he passes me and I gave him the traditional usual-car-brand-driver hand signal.

This is where it gets fun.

He sits in the oncoming lane along side me but a bit further forward and gives it the 'I will fuck you up' hard man bullshit through the rear passenger window. At this point I laugh in my head and prepare for him to cut in and brake test me which, predictably, he does but not only does he brake test me he stops dead and REVERSES AT ME but because I anticipated the brake test I was able to react and he didn't get any closer. We then continue on our way but what I hadn't counted on was him doing the speed-limit, which was surprising. Usual-car-brand-driver mentality of needing to be in front of everything? I think so.

My conclusion on the incident; admittedly giving him the 'idiot' hand gesture was inappropriate on my behalf but what he did afterwards? That was stupid, as were his following distances for the wet conditions. I overreacted slightly but he took it to an entirely different level so ultimately fuck that guy and no apologies for the gesture, it still applies.

i see so much stupid shit every day that it doesn't even register, as long as they don't crash into me i no longer care.

i get road rage, mainly at people who i let through on a busy road who then dont say thanks. its not exactly hard to wave your hand or even nod! Also people who see you are waiting to let them past, but then stop to let you past at a really awkward point and you have to then move and try and get past them

BMW.

Utter scummy fucking bastards that aren't even worth spitting on. I hope they all die in a fire and take their families with them :-D

BMW? What planet are you on?

It would've been an Audi. Only 13% of Audi drivers a disease and need to be bludgeoned so hard they can' t drive for a year, but that 13% do manage to stick out like a security guard and ruin it for those who actually own the car.

I just don't give a shit anymore. its not benefiting me to get angry so I just mellow out.

He's right you know. A T-reg BMW 7 series. T577 something, I didn't get the full reg, I was a bit busy trying to avoid having my car written off.

Oh you gimp what percentage are 7-series drivers..?

:-p

BMWs are the original wankers. Audi are closely following to compete for the c*nt crown.

I actually go out of my way to piss them both off now. Seeing either badge in my rear view immediately gets my back up and on the offensive. About 10 minutes ago I pulled out on a speeding Audi convertible just to force him to slow down. And about 10 minutes before that a E46 BMW decided to completely refuse me to pull out to get past a parked car on a twin lane road, even though he wouldn't have had to slow down at all. That spiky haired faggot got some abuse too :x

Ah, whatever.. Anywhere around Milton keynes and the BMW's aren't such a problem, but an Audi usually is.
