been a while since i've properly been on here

i bought this mk2 about a year ago.. (1989 1.3, 5 speed coupe, 103k miles)

needed the usual bit of welding to get it through the mot, been driving it standard for about a year but now getting on with stuff now the suns out.

how it's standing at the minute...

about 1/4 of the way through polishing/painting a set of p slots in the space of 4 months, loong job, threw them on the car this week though

lowered on something like 60/40 springs i think, got some mk1 golf coileys for the rears, gonna cut the front springs when i come to slamming it in a couple weeks

de-badged, de-stickered, single lamp grille etc.

here's how it's looking now anyway.. (only got some shit phone photos)

other plans are:

military paint - light beige or something similar.

vw cream/brown interior

roof rack

boot build with sub + 4 components

wide arches, pressed plates

wanna lower the sub frames of the front seats aswell.

oh yeah, and i need a polo saloon boot lock, holla if you're selling one.

opinions welcome
