Just been watching some old 80's telly that i remember watching as a kid. I remember how nasty the IRA attacks and football riots were, but i didn't remember how bad people were to eachother even when things should be a little more sportsmanly. The old days were cold.

I sat there in '85 and watched this match live. I was ten. I remember the people catching fire, i knew people had died. But i didn't grasp why so many had. And i must have missed what was being said in the last ten seconds - how even under that kind of a crisis, people could still be so nasty for such a reason.

Not so much angry, just a little despair. At least lessons were learnt - eventually. They did seem to acknowledge problems but just look at the open standing stands - the whole culture of football ground management was a mess.

I do have one AFH head left though, and i think i need to weld the tappets solid and get a 1043 bottom end for it, then i can make a LWB wheelchair and put it in that.

Not being paid for being off sick! Didn't read the small print, they were gonna pay me but then realised they couldn't because they didn't pay someone else on the same sort of technicality. So now i'll have to work every hour i can, even if i don't do anything i've at least got to be there.

People driving with fog lights on, when it's not foggy - it just makes you look like a prick, and i WILL drive towards you, holding high beam on, so everyone else can see you're a prick.

If road conditions warrant fog-lights, then fair enough, but in the middle of the afternoon, on what we used to call a 'summer's day' it makes you look retarded, and makes me want to get out and smash your fog-lights.

Yep, they're great when it's foggy, and I actually want to retrofit some. It just pisses me off when people use them and its not foggy! They really dazzle me tbh, hence why I hate them being used when it isn't foggy. Andits illegal to drive with fog lights on when its not foggy
