My Polo

Featured Replies

Here it is at last found time to upload a few pics about my first car the vw polo mk2f :)

I got this one for £275 off ebay, i spent a simmilar amount in repairs as it needed a new fuel tank, exhaust brackets (as my mechanic confirmed it was being held up by a curtain rod and a coathanger!) oil change, air filter change etc. Its all working good now, only thing id like to get sorted is the back bumper as the clips have broken and it doesnt seem to be sitting right, also has a knock on the front wing too.

It is the 1 litre FOX model, 5 previous owners with some service history, and genuine 77,000 miles only - a previous owner has put some old audi gt wheels on it, not sure if i should get its original wheels back on or not? What do you think?

Yeaa well my current plans are almost non-existant since I'm off to uni car will be sorned and stored in our garage, however if possible id like to get the rear bumper fixed / replaced, and fit a new set of wipers since the current ones are rubbish. I wont be 'slamming' it haha I'm gonna try and keep it to its original spec :)

what alarm does it have ?

pirana one or something, its pretty old fashioned - not driving the car at the moment as the mot expired a couple of days ago - taking it to the garage on monday to have it mot'd

it looks the same as my alarm on mine

works pretty well tbh
