DO NOT hold the caliper opposite the piston if you're using compressed air to take pistons out, cause if it suddenly pops out your fingers are the first thing the piston will hit :)

No. Just I used the same method and thought someone would probably do that, and as this is a helpful guide some H+S maybe beneficial too :)

I used a piece of wood but you could also use an old worn brake pad to catch the piston when it goes. I just turned the air valve on and off very quickly. Hardly takes anything to get them out.
