Cheers max! Not as sweet as your mk3 haha, anyway got a little update, well I came back from my first job and decided I was bored so I started to crack on with it, rocker covers on, all plugged in, and timing is done! Oil and coolant done! Just gotta put the engine mounts back on then I will try and start it! Haha had to call a little sickie to my second job as I was "stuck in traffic" so I could get it ready for tomorrow or Sunday! Haha

Are the rear adjusters out? And are the helpers going to be out on the front?o

Looks good

  • Author

Na rear adjusters are in

And cheers

You know what to do then ahah

  • Author

Na haha gonna let them settle for a bit, first though is to fit the fronts! Now I can see the big hype about lows..never really felt it before, but literly wanna get it slammed haha

Well they are lupo Coilovers? Helpers out the front and adjusters out the back. Then it's "slammed" - but will ride like crap, unless you shorten the bump stops a little.

Low and then there's low!!

Dont go too low My mate wa litrally fully down on his minilights.. Drove so horrid lol .

Camber, and arb mounts just bottoming out lol..

Nice set of wheels and reasonable drop .. Can have a nice ride and utilise the handling then :)

Cant wait to get half decent set up on mine XD

  • Author

I'm gonna be getting 14s or 15s so shouldn't bottoming out And tbh it's gonna be a daily so might just have to keep it at this height

i may have got a good set of front coilovers if u dont want to go mad lows but still want ride comfort..

Want a fair bit tho ;) lol

Bilstien b16 coilovers, adjustable damping pss9 shock.

I bought them as a set but only using rears now :)

Research them :)

  • Author

I've got some ap coilys thanks

But you want the upgradingz adjustable dampaningzzzzzzzz .

  • Author

Pm me your best price, I don't really want them haha I spent £400 on these..

So while I'm waiting I've changed gearbox oil, and when at work during break sandblasted the calipers and holders and got some red paint to go on them
