Went to Santa Pod with Birchy and picked up my new wheels - compomotive cx 330 14x7J, they have been redrilled to 4 x 100 and plugged, although I would be nice to get the holes welded up

not sure if these will make it on the BM, but they will be test fitted tomorrow anyway. I think they would be a nice treat for the peril.

Picked up a few service items as well so will be changing the diff, box and engine oil tomo, as well as giving the ignition system a spruce up and the brake/clutch fluid a bleed

done a few service bits as well, new sparks, dizzy cap, anti-freeze, oil change and filter as well as replacing some rogue vacuum hoses.

tomorrow I am planning on changing the gearbox and diff oil, and measuring up pigeons now surplus e30 325i cabriolet brakes to see if they will fit.

badly need to change the front seats or a bare minimum the drivers as its down to the springs and mega mc painful!

<3.

That is all.

Uber pimp!

Needs some dark-coloured leathers in there to complete the pimpness.

Awwwwwwww yeeeeaaahhhhh

Love it. Love these cars. So so so jealous

The only thing I don't like is the tyre stretch. Imo it looks a little silly on a car thats not sump scraping. Wider tyres would improve grip too. Maybe just me though.

I'm with you on that one brother, the piddly tyres came with the wheels, i'll probably take them off and put them on my exips as i have some 195/45/14s which will let the BM sit alot nicer, and stop the wheels looking skinny as

looks the tits on them ! well suits it ! get it lowered.............

Thumbs up with this

really feeling old school beemas lately

Well a month has passed and I'm still loving the BM.

Got a momo boss off the 'bay and fitted one of the few 300mm momo team steering wheels I've got kicking about, although gutted I cannot find my horn push in amongst my myriad of parts.

Fitted rear speakers and a sub/amp in the boot, life with tunes and bass is amazing, don't know how I managed without it for the last few years since the muppets fiery demise! Oh yeah I remember, a supercharged soundtrack works wonders =D

On the quest for coilovers or lowered suspension, it seems that no one in the BM world actually wants to part with theirs, so after suffering vertigo since I bought it, I chopped 2 and a half coils out last night from the front suspension for some aggressive rake look :)

Also go round to offering up the recaros, need a slight bit of modification with a welder but nothing too drastic so will be jumping on that this week.

Now I know what the facebook status was about!

awesome, love E21's

Love this Era of beemers.Nice work Saf

You're welcome to bring your seat frames to me lad, you'll struggle with your welder. I tried using it the other day!

Looks good having lost a bit of height but it really didn't need it! <3
