Nice to meet everyone yesterday, and catch up with those i already knew. It could have been a bit warmer, was bloody freezing!

Its Good to see you guys finally got the stand in order . There wasnt really a line up all day. Just a shame i went early, as my car isnt in the pics I was nearly home by the time everyone else left. I have a fair few pics from the show and shine, and a couple of the stand in strip (complete chaos) mode. I'll put them up when i can be bothered to mess about with photobucket.

After seeing the constant fiddling and re jetting that was going down, i can say that i'm never running carbs. When i do my conversion its going to be injection :-)

anybody do strip in a standard 55hp motor mk 2 or 3,if so what times do they do approx.cheers

Max had literally got his running Saturday afternoon about 3pm before driving down from sheffield to pod for its maiden voyage! Haha

Carbs couldn't be more simple to be honest, with a wideband that is.

Unless its OE injection on a OE or similar engine, its gonna need setting up too!

Jetting is easy mr malaga. Max just takes long hhha
